We are also experiencing this issue, intermittent as we can go a couple of days without issues. 
So is the general consensus that we need to call out an engineer?

have you tried re-seating the HDMI lead?

All try a different HDMI and also try different ports on the TV.

Did reseating the HDMI cable help at all?
