Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TV box looked into, I am sorry you're having picture and sound issues!
I have already taken the time to do a health check on your TV boxes and can see both box's power levels are out of spec, which could be causing the issues.
This will need an engineer as you mentioned in your post, so Ill send you a PM now to get this booked in.
