How did this get resolved so quickly? I've been trying to speak to a hum n for 3 weeks.

I've added them to my package, a new contract has been issued, but they're not on there. There's still SD channels.

Sky Sports HD versions are only included automatically on the Volt bundle.

Otherwise it requires a Sky imposed £7 supplement.

What package are you on?

I have Bigger Volt Bundle + Sports. I then added Sky Sports HD with the £3.50 for 12 months offer. But it's still in SD.

HI parrazard, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that you have not got the HD channels, can you confirm that you are watching it on? Can you confirm if the channels 501 -510 are not showing in HD for you? - Chris.
