I have the same problem today suddenly. Second box stock at 16%! Reset router and box. Still no joy. How did this end for you?
I'm not sure what your exact issue is, you've not said.. but as per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s101 a lack of internet connection to the V6 won't be helping here.
Are you certain the V6 is trying to use the correct SSID?
