I am having exactly the same issues with my V6 recordings, live TV fine, this problem appears to have started after planned maintenance and improvements in my area on 1/10 not sure if just a coincidence or not.
Re-booting does not solve the issue.
Please start your own thread rather than adding to someone elses, it's much easier in the long-run 😉
If your live TV is fine, try pausing a live programme for a short time. Now watch it delayed - this is effectively a recording and uses your V6's hard drive in exactly the same way.

Have you managed to follow the advise from Japitts at al? This will help us determine the origin of the issue.
