If... your live TV is OK, but paused, delayed & recorded content is problematic - it suggests hard drive problems.
TV Faults - 150 from VM, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, or wait on this forum a couple of days for a staff response.
You'll likely need a tech visit who'll probably replace your V6
