Rather than adding to a thread whose last post was over a year ago, you might get more value by starting a new post detailing your problems.. I've done it for you 🙂
As general advice, pixellation is nearly always caused by poor signal levels on your TV signal that are often caused by a fault. Reboot your box once, check for known faults on 0800 5610061, then call V/M to report it.
