Also having this problem, with Pink & White flashing lights and stuck on Starting Up screen. Only had Virgin Media a week and it's broken already! 😞
Tried all the common fixes - resetting, checking wires etc.

Sounds like your box could be faulty to me - possibly a failed software drop but all the same. Best call it in, 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 otherwise.
Out of interest, how is your V6 connected to your homehub for the internet - is it WiFi or Ethernet?

It’s on Ethernet. Just randomly stopped working the other day 😞
has your box worked its way out of the boot loop yet? If not, and the Ethernet cable is securely connected, I'd suggest calling your fault into VM.

Thanks for the tip, but it's impossible to get through on the phones. Spent an hour on hold, twice, only to get disconnected, twice.
So now, I'm paying for a service I can't access. Great.
