We seem to have the same problem with our picture, I think from around 5th January. The pixellation is on around 34 channels, eg 116, 120, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 143, 184, 196, 213 etc. First we changed our package to a more basic set, despite this there was still pixellation. From the on every time we phoned they advised to turn off and back on, and they would do their tests, which did not work. Then they decided the TIVO box needed replacing, which was already the up to date version, only just over a year old. That did not work so they decided it was the HDMI cable. Just fitted the new HDMI cable and that has not worked. Now we are waiting on the phone again. I believe something occurred on the 5th January which has affected the signal.
