Is there an answer for this? Just had the fibre replaced and get 669 Error on all on demand requests, the apps to on demand services work, network is ok, connection to VM service works. Unlike others rebooting has not sorted the issue, even temporarily. as some users report. Have done a systematic reboot:turn off and unplug Hub and V6, turn on hub and wait till working, turn on V6 - still no go.

We're sorry to hear you're having this error message. Checking things this end, we've not been able to run diagnostics as we're having trouble connecting to your equipment. Can you please ensure the V6 is turned on, leave it on and post back here to let us know. Make sure you leave on until you then receive a reply from us. 

Can you also let us know if this is happening on both your boxes, or just one?
