Just had this issue for the second time and changed the video output from 2080 to 1080i as suggested and sorted the issue thanks. Does this mean a reduced picture quality please?

Not sure what the issue is that you've had (you've not said - just added to a very old thread that I've split to a new one) but...

if you've changed your video output from 2160 > 1080, then you're evidently watching on a 4K UHD TV in order that 2160 is allowed. It means your V6 will output everything at 1080, and your TV will upscale from 1080 > 2160.

If you're watching UHD content, your V6 will downscale to 1080 and your TV will then upscale back to 2160.

If you're wathing HD content, then it's outputted in 1080 regardless but your TV will upscale rather than your V6.

What was the issue you were having with your VoD in the first place? Freezing pictures shouldn't be caused by your video output settings.
