I have exactly the same issue.
The port configuration test often fails on perfectly working systems - mine included.
Are you actually having any service problems with your V6 box - if so please explain what they are and someone may be able to advise.
Apart from that I have lost app pictures, and top menu pictures, catch-up pictures etc. Hence the reason I checked the network...
Can you watch OnDemand programmes? Try something from ITV, C4 or C5 CatchUp if you're not sure.
And is your EPG getting regular updates? You can check the latter by following Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and looking at the timestamps on the left.
Is your V6 connected directly to your VM Superhub? Or are you using modem mode? If modem mode, are you able to try connecting directly, for elimination purposes?
