I'm having the same issue with my V6 box. The problem also started on Sunday. I've checked and tried everything I can and tried to contact Virgin Media (as suggested) but couldn't get through to a person. Do I need an engineer to visit? Can anyone help?
Thank you for your reply. It’s a V6 and had been connected to the network via a power line Ethernet connection. I’ve since spoken to the technical team who helped me set up a wireless connection. However, the signal reads 27% (marginal). They are sending me a new Ethernet cable.
