Firstly, it's often much better to start your own thread than add to someone elses - it saves multiple replies getting confusing 🙂
Can you confirm you definitely have a V6 and not a TiVo? Check here - this error is often a TiVo one.
If you do have a V6, how is yours connected to your homehub?
If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, what's reported in the top-right?
