hi i got v6 box yesterday and having the same issue its my first box from virgin ever always had sky safe to say if this is not resolved soon il be going back to sky and taking my broadband business there too .utter poor customer service been talking to 3 different people on the online chat as been passed around and to top it off the tech i was talking to put me back in que as his shift was over WOW extremely poor. and cant get through on phone been waiting to answer call for 51min now all confidence in service gone.

Reporting box faults is usually quicker by phone than by online chat.

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.
