I have a V6 box and have the same problem, I only see previously shown episodes even though they advertise on the HUb that all episodes are available
Do you know the answer

ITV hub problem

I've moved your "me too" post to a new thread to not get replies confused 🙂

The "ITV Hub" can mean one of two things.

1: Virgin OnDemand programmes accessed by the CatchUp menu, perhaps clicking on an "ITV Hub" logo and maybe even having graphics for "ITV Hub".

2: The "ITV Hub" app that you get to via Home > Apps > All apps > ITV Hub.

If you follow option 2 for the ITV-specific app, you should find the episodes you're looking for. Once they are broadcast on ITV, they should be available by option 1 as a CatchUp programme.
