HD Skysports Bad Quality picture

my sky sports is exactly the same. rebooted box and tv settings have not been changed.

I've moved your post to a new thread because it's become apparent the issues on the thread you'd added to are likely an individual equipment issue - and yours are potentially the same.

Could you explain what this "bad quality picture" that you're experiencing, is? If this is pixellation and picture breakup then that's potentially a service fault on your install that needs reporting.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with the quality of the picture on Sky Sports HD. Would you mind expanding? Is this issue ongoing today? Are any other channels also impacted that you're aware of? Are any known area impacting faults being reported on our Service Status page currently that may explain this?
