Having problem with the tivo haven't been able to watch TV for 2days now I think the box Is totally had it. Takes you to welcome page the starting up logo page then re-boots it's self and so on. Just recently had that green screen pop but went off again. Iv rebooted it numerous of times still nothing think it's the case of a new box

Green screen dvr problem

If you have the green screen "DVR has detected an error" message, this does indeed indicate your hard drive has failed.

Any box that's rebooting and won't startup, isn't well either.

You'll need to call into faults to report it.
