Hello, I am getting the green screen DVR warning and have tried to turn on and off everything several times. Also tried to reset router. Router base light is permanently yellow. DVR box is either white or flickering amber. Do I need a new box. Can someone help?

Hi @johnconlon179 

I've moved your post to a new thread rather than clutter an old, solved one 🙂

If you have the green-screen error, you do indeed need a new box and are best advised to call Virgin Faults to arrange that. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

VM staff are currently taking around a week to respond to TV issues here.

Your router has no bearing on your TV fault, so that's another issue.
