hi has anyone advice regarding this, this has been going on now for 2 weeks, no joy at all just constant restarting, no answer on the phone other than an automated service stating there has been a test an apparently "no issue". very frustrating when they have just taken out a bill that was more than the monthly average!

Green screen means your HDD has failed, and you need a new box. No point waiting, report it and get the box replaced.

Sometimes the automated service will try to "fix" things remotely and force you to redial - do so, and select whatever option is necessary for "I still have a fault"
