Had same problem for the last 2 months this is my second box now and only got it in February...
Starting to think it's a big with these boxes... Phones virgin today and was told even though I can't use my box as it goes off 5/6 times a day that I would only receive a refund if the box continually stays off for 48hrs..... But apparently it's fine if it only works for a few hours a day! Thinking of switching if this doesn't get sorted now! Technician coming again Monday so will update you all.🤦♂️🤷♂️😦
