I have had loss of VOD since the 20th of January. I rang them and was told it would be fixed by the 26th. Still wasn't sorted. Then I was informed the 1st of February. We are now sitting at the 3rd and they are saying on the service status it should be fixed by Friday.
I can't get a few apps either. 4OD etc.. I am the same as you and not really kept updated.
We are paying for a service that we are not receiving. Oh and they won't recompensate for it.
I will be cancelling with them shortly. It is a farce and I have been with them years.
