Re: Fault on TV VOD services including recording

I have had loss of VOD since the 20th of January. I rang them and was told it would be fixed by the 26th. Still wasn't sorted.  Then I was informed the 1st of February.  We are now sitting at the 3rd and they are saying on the service status it should be fixed by Friday.

I can't get a few apps either. 4OD etc.. I am the same as you and not really kept updated.

We are paying for a service that we are not receiving.  Oh and they won't recompensate for it.

I will be cancelling with them shortly.  It is a farce and I have been with them years.

Good luck.

On Demand services

@Miche1975

Yours sounds a different issue to the one in the previous thread, so I've moved it to a new one - save your and their replies getting confusing 🙂

Are you getting any error messages with OnDemand? Which TV box do you have?

Re: Fault on TV VOD services including recording

Ditto, 7 days now and still no clear answer when it will be actually fixed. All we want to know is when can we use a service we pay for, come on Virgin!
