Hi, we are now getting this issue. What was the fix. We are using top quality brand batteries and it’s still telling us to replace them?

I found the fix for this for a std remote. Hold down the - on the box for 10 seconds. Then hold down the info button on the remote for 10 seconds and then press + on the box. Remote is now re paired with the box and error message has gone.
