Was this ever resolved as I have exactly the same issue, box never plays on demand content unless it's restarted!

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems playing On Demand content on your TV. Just to confirm, is your TV box connected to an Ultra HD 4K or 8K TV?

If so, does your TV support HDCP 2.2, and are you using a High Speed HDMI Cable or better? Do you have any other audio or video equipment connected between your TV box and TV?
