If this has recently started for you, and is affecting all VoD programmes, then recent posts suggest it's an individual fault that CS can rectify within a couple of days of being reported.
You can report it either by calling in or waiting on here.

Can you please confirm if it is the V6 or 360 box that you are having this issue with?
Also, do you get the error message 'This show is temporarily unavailable'?

It’s a v6 box. It’s an older v6 box too. We’ve got a newer one in another room that it doesn’t happen to. Yes, we get the temporarily unavailable message.

Thanks for coming back to us @peteiholland, can you please confirm if the V6 box you're struggling to view on the content on is connected over Wi-Fi or via an Ethernet cable?

Both boxes are connected via Ethernet.
