Better to start your own thread to report your issues, than add to someone else's.

If recorded content, both paused/delayed and recorded programmes, are problematic but live TV is ok - this indicates hard drive problems which will only get worse and can't be repaired remotely.

You can either wait here for forum staff to respond, or call into faults to report it. A tech visit will be the likely outcome.

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues with your service. 

Can you advise if you're having the same problem on all recorded content? If so, and live TV is okay, then that as @japitts has said, would indicate a fault with the hard drive and a technician visit can be arranged to check things over and replace the box if required.
