This has now happened to me! I had no idea what this charge was for until I found this forum. I never use Apps never mind clicking on them so I don't understand  why Virgin have dumped this on me. My wife and I only use the Tivo box to record and watch TV programmes. Virgin charges enough as it is without paying extra for frivolities such as fitness apps, not least because I'm 76 and not interested. There is nobody else living at our home so no one has been messing with our remote control. At no time have I been prompted to buy or even input my pin number for any Apps let alone this one. I feel like I'm being scammed, pretty sad really given I have been with Virgin for over 40 years.

I would appreciate a response from Virgin as to why they think I've actually used this App. More to the point, I would appreciate this charge being removed from my bill as it is clearly an error.

OMG, this is still going on, someone is still making money from Virgin Computer System failures. stevepond, do not give up, call Virgin Customer Services and demand a refund.

Something else is fishy about this thread, it should follow on from the previous complaints under the same subject heading. Why is it hanging in limbo?
