Hi I'm getting the same problem with audio description being permanently on channel 4+1. Channel 142. I have reset the box and I have toggled the audio on and off using the info button. I have gone to the settings and turned audio description to English but it still hasn't fixed the problem. As soon as I change channel and then come back to the channel the audio description is back on. Please update my box to sort the problem. Thanks.

As per your other post, this thread never got a reply but could be another example of C4 -AD issues. Quite an old example though.
