Anybody got this working? No matter what I select to watch through the Britbox app on my V6 box I'm presented with CAN'T PLAY VIDEO @video_unavailable. The trailers play, but not the programmes themselves. Britbox with teh same acocount works on other devices in the house. I've rebooted the Tivo - no change.

Hi JayAy, thank you for getting in touch to bring this to our attention. Sorry to hear of your issues with the Britbox app on your V6 Box. Does this video unavailable message appear for all programmes on the Britbox app when trying to play them via your V6? 

Do you ever get any error codes or is it just this message? 

Are you having issues with any other apps, recordings or live TV?

Hi Molly,

It was with every programme, but the trailers, on those programmes that had them, would work.

However my V6 restarted itself (It does this quite often) and once I had resigned into all the streaming services (I have to do this after the box restarts itself) Britbox is now working.
