I'm sorry for our delayed response and for the issues regarding the Radioline app.
This is still an ongoing issue which we are still working on a fix. Regrettably we cannot provide any further updates or information on a fix at this time, but we will provide any further updates via this post as soon as we can.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.
It might be a good idea to email radioline direct that's what I'm thinking of doing as VM are taking their time with this problem. Apparently it works if you download it onto your phone or laptop. I thought that I was the only one having this problem
