Rabbit attack!

Help!

My pet rabbit has just decided to have lunch  which for some reason happened to be  the two white cables attached to the box connected to the wall cable (if that makes sense).

Does anyone know how I can get a replacement cable please?

Many thanks

Re: Rabbit attack!

Can you post a photo of the damaged equipment? That might help. Are any of your VM services offline as a result?

If it's the co-ax cabling as I suspect (but photos will prove), it's not something VM supply but a tech appointment will be required to effect any repairs. In these circumstances, the visit may be chargeable.

Re: Rabbit attack!

Thanks for your help japitts.

When I tried to take the suggested photos I noticed that she had only bitten through the Ethernet cable.

I had a spare, so solved the problem. Also barricaded the tv area with cushions!

Regards.
