You can check whether your guide is updating correctly by following Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network. On the left, is the status of your V6 "calling home" every 6 hours or so to get guide updates.
C5 seem to have been having issues with their peak-time guide data for several weeks now, there's been several errors most weeks lately.
