RE: Channel 5HD EPG

 

Channel 5 HD has not refreshed beyond Friday the 29th, ie, one week only, it then says, " To be announced". All the other channels have updated correctly.

I have restarted the V6 box but it's still the same. Has anyone else got this or is it only me.

No, it's not just you.

You can check whether your guide is updating correctly by following Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network. On the left, is the status of your V6 "calling home" every 6 hours or so to get guide updates.

C5 seem to have been having issues with their peak-time guide data for several weeks now, there's been several errors most weeks lately.
