Purple screen when playing Amazon or Netflix

Hi

When i play content from Amazon or Netflix i get a purple screen, have to put the tivo box in to standby then open again and it works. have done a full re-set on the box with no joy?

Hi jcnt00973,

Have you tried a different HDMI cable? Purple and green screens are usually caused by faulty HDMI cables.
