Sorry to hear you're having a few problems with your TV box. Can you please confirm which light on the TV box is showing purple? Is this the horizontal base light?
Also, do you have a total loss of picture and sound? I was able to find the backend of your services and your TV box was showing as offline, however I am unsure if that is due to a fault or that your V6 is turned off.
Are you also having any problems with your broadband connection?
