Purple light

Cant get through on the call center. 

Purple light on my tv box. Flashing. Plus orange arrows.

Ran a test says nothing wrong. wifi is fine. 

Please contact me to sort out.

Hi Boonaroony,

This sounds like a problem with your HDMI cable.

Have you tried disconnecting the cable, rebooting the V6 and reconnecting the HDMI?

Also try a different HDMI cable and /or port on your TV.

This can also occur due to connecting to a sound bar. Try the same with the sound bar.

Thank you for posting on the community forums, welcome 🙂

 

Sorry to hear you're having a few problems with your TV box. Can you please confirm which light on the TV box is showing purple? Is this the horizontal base light?

 

Also, do you have a total loss of picture and sound? I was able to find the backend of your services and your TV box was showing as offline, however I am unsure if that is due to a fault or that your V6 is turned off.

 

Are you also having any problems with your broadband connection?
