Promised upgrade never happened.

So, last week we were promised an upgrade to a V6 box, a box was sent but it was the same as our old Samsung one. After spending 6 hours in total trying to get through on the phone and various started text conversations that were ignored, I finally spoke to an agent who said the only way she could deal with it was to raise a complaint and a manager would call me back within 72 hours. Funnily enough, no call back happened. I cannot spend another 6 hours trying to speak to someone, and need this sorted as I have a tv box here that I don’t want and need to return it as well as receiving the upgrade I was promised.

Just to clarify, you were promised a swap to a V6, this was (presumably) sent out using self-serve "Quick Start", but a TiVo arrived?

Yep that’s correct! Apparently I need to raise a complaint for them to deal with it though but speaking to someone is proving impossible.
