Programme guide too small to read

Hi,

My wife has poor eyesight and cannot read the programme guide.

Is there any setting to make the words bigger. The higher contrast on the accessibility just makes it worse.

Is there any help for poor sighted people to read the programme guide!

Thanks

Re: Programme guide too small to read

There are no TV boxes (from Virgin or any other provider) that increase or change the font size that is displayed on an EPG.

The RNIB has a lot of advice on TV aids for blind & partially sighted:

Virgin BB TV Landline. Freeview/Freesat HD, Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile. Cable customer since 1993

Re: Programme guide too small to read

That is a pity. There are so many things my wife cannot do now. I have to read out the programme guide for her. She can watch tv reasonably well as she can see!

So many things are designed for "normal" people. The icons on the guide are impossible. I have turned them off!
