Problems pausing, rewinding, recording live TV

In the past week or so when I either pause live TV then play, or rewind then play or simply record I am having major problems.

the result is a pixilated, jumpy, unwatchable tv experience.

Streaming apps still work fine such as BBC iplayer and Netflix.

Can any one help or advise with this?

Hi Andy,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a very warm welcome to you, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your TV services, I have had a look our end and cannot see any issues at all, if you are still have the same issue could you try a different HDMI cable, try using a different port on the TV, have you tried removing the white cable then refitting make sure all connections are hand tight.

 

Please also unplug both the V6 and the router leave for 1 minute then plug back in.
