Problem with recordings

My live tv picture and sound are fine but with anything I record the picture is breaking up and the sound is intermittent. Same problem if I rewind live TV. 
Do I need a new box?

Almost certainly, yes.

Option 1: 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the "I have a fault" option.

Option 2: Wait on here for VM staff to respond, may take a day or so.

Thanks Emily - the problem is sorted now

I called Support and they updated the software and reviewed settings and its all good now
