Problem with TV picture breaking up

Hi for a couple of weeks now my TV has been breaking up with many channels on my V6 box. I’ve tried different HDMI cables including a brand new one and no change. Can someone check my connection please? Thanks

Re: Problem with TV picture breaking up

When you say "many channels", are there any in particular? This may potentially help ID the cause.

Otherwise the best way to get your box checked over will be to call TV Faults on 150 (or 0345 4541111). If you've rebooted your box once and the picture is still breaking up, you have a fault somewhere.

HD/SD or both?

The more specific you can be 😉

Re: Problem with TV picture breaking up

Taking Sky One HD as an example, it might be worth checking (package dependent) Sky Disney HD, Sky Premiere HD, BT Sport 1 HD & BT Sport ESPN HD.

If any of those are affected, then you almost certainly have a signal fault.

Call VM to report it. Either of the phone numbers previously mentioned, and follow the prompts for "I have a fault with my TV service"
