Going through the app on V6 all I get is a spinning wheel then oops something went wrong... Seems to be up one day and down the next.... Is this Ever going to be stable.... Typical virgin, everything they introduce has issues.
Not seeing any issues here - have you tried powering everything off for a minute and then rebooting?
No problems here either, and haven't had any since it was introduced.
Really sorry you've been having some on and off issues with Prime Video, it's not what we like to hear.
We do fully appreciate the feed back and we are working hard to ensure the app is running as smoothly as possible.
