I keep having problems with the amazon prime channel. Most of the time, it loads up fine, but after a few minutes, whatever I’m watching stops working and the small circle appears in the middle as if the page is buffering. It then says the programme is not working. When I close the channel and try again, I get an error message from you saying there is a problem with this channel. The code A01 appears. Can anyone help? It’s driving me mad.
Hi the first thing to do when anything goes wrong is to reboot the hub & the V6 box also make sure all connections are screwed up tight and cables pushed in correctly, it's also better to connect your hub to the V6 with a Ethernet cable as this is a more reliable and stable way to do it, if this all fails call it in as a fault.Regards Micky
