Morning all.

How do I cancel Premier Sports?

Live chat doesnt work, its impossible to get through on the phone and the option I used to add it online doesnt have a cancellation option.

Any advice appreciated!

You can suspend your BT and Sky sports subscription, you get a credit on your bill, mine was £29. HTHs.

Premier Sport is a totally different package. They are not evening offering discounts to Sky customers.

You can now call VM and suspend your payments for Premier Sports package - but there is no online option.

It's not just Premier Sports, now you can also pause LaLigaTV, BoxNation and RacingTV, however you can't do it online, it must be done on the phone via customer services

Any problems ask the agent to look for their briefing dated 6th April called "Virgin TV: Further Sport Subscription Pauses"
