I have been trying to get help from virgin for 3 weeks but have not been able to get any help. Sound on premier sports 2 is either crackling or as today non existent. Spoke to someone a week and a half ago about no one has phoned back to investigate. Have tried to get help on chat through the app but for last 3 weeks nothing back.
This affects both boxes in the house. Premier sports 1 is fine. Can get the odd audio issue with freesports.
Short of cancelling my direct debit how can I get virgin to help
