The power pack to my tivo box has leaked everywhere.  Why did this happen and how do I get a replacement.

What do you mean by "leaked everywhere"?

You can get replacement equipment by reporting your fault - in this case inability to power your TV box on - by the usual fault reporting channels (150 from VM or 0345 4541111 otherwise) or by waiting on here a day or so for staff to respond.
