Poor picture

The picture quality is poor and has lots of pixels especially with black, blue and red colours, it’s really frustrating as I do like virgin but the pictures are so much better on sky ? Can anyone help ?

My two V6 boxes have had a pixelation issue the last 5/6 hours or so. This is very unusual - picture is usually spot on.

Seems to be all channels and I've run tests - turned off and on - to no avail.

I've seen a few other similar posts ... 

Hopefully a temporary issue that will sort itself out overnight!

How's things all looking with your boxes and picture quality today? 

 

If a reboot hasn't helped, do check for any known area issues and we can go from there 🙂 virg.in/service

Service worse than ever this morning... after it had seemed OK yesterday!

Loosing signal completely and also loss of internet.

Currently on hold to Customer Services!

Please do let us know how you get on - you may need to chat with our Faults team rather than Customer Care though as they have the systems to check for any issues and run diagnostics with you.

Sorry - I guess it was probably the fault people I was speaking with.

They are coming out tomorrow morning - hopefully. It's suddenly started working ok now - but I'm not going to cancel again this time as there's obviously something not quite right! I've taken a 30 second video of what the TV was doing.

I have to say that my blood pressure goes up whenever I have to call 150 - it's the most frustrating experience. The chap I was speaking with just didn't listen to me and just wanted to go through his checklist!

My current contract end 10 August - and for the first time in 25 years (through Nynex, C&W, NTL and VM) I am seriously considering going elsewhere.

Cheers for popping back - have you tried a reboot or checked for ant known area issues at all since your post? virg.in/service

 

If no issues are listed, you can go through self checks via your online account too.
