The picture quality is poor and has lots of pixels especially with black, blue and red colours, it’s really frustrating as I do like virgin but the pictures are so much better on sky ? Can anyone help ?
Sorry - I guess it was probably the fault people I was speaking with.
They are coming out tomorrow morning - hopefully. It's suddenly started working ok now - but I'm not going to cancel again this time as there's obviously something not quite right! I've taken a 30 second video of what the TV was doing.
I have to say that my blood pressure goes up whenever I have to call 150 - it's the most frustrating experience. The chap I was speaking with just didn't listen to me and just wanted to go through his checklist!
My current contract end 10 August - and for the first time in 25 years (through Nynex, C&W, NTL and VM) I am seriously considering going elsewhere.
