Despite having paid for the highest speed broadband I must say that my service is both inconsistent, unreliable and nowhere near the speeds promised.
This is unfair as I work from home in Exeter and the poor standard of service impinges on the amount of work I can produce.
Can someone from your team correct this issue as I do not believe I should be suffering like I and my family are.

I have just replied to your other post about the V6 box
The issue with your broadband speeds
Is this over just Wifi or wired as well
I have checked the area and we have nothing that may be causing this
