Poor TV signal / pixellation on BBC channels via V6 box

There has been a very poor signal on ALL BBC channels including both BBC & HD channels, but other channels are ok.  Tried all methods suggested like reboot and secure the cable connections, etc. Since there no help from CS, please advise ASAP!!
