Pixulation & sound distortion on various channels

Problems seem to be on only some channels - eg Gold & Quest, so not necessarily pre-recorded programs. I have rebooted all 3 boxes, could you please have a look at signal strength as something is not right. Now been happening for the last couple of weeks & had hoped that would correct itself by now.

If still experiencing this problem can you please try go through the following steps and let us know how this goes?

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
