Please help, pixilation on some channels, UK Gold and some movie channels are just a few. Have reset and no change. Often lose internet connection too. Really frustrated that I pay for the ‘top tier’ in Virgins words but poor service. Do I need a booster? Or maybe just change my supplier!
Hi as regards the pixalation this is normally caused by an signal level issue, phone go down the TV faults route they can check the levels while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to adjust your levels between your box and the street cabinet, with the Internet issue how is your V6 connected to the hub.
