Pixilation on TV

Experiencing extensive pixilation on all channels at all times which frequently makes TV unwatchable.

I've tried the helpline (last week and today)...we're going to run a quick test & restart your TV etc wait 10 minutes & your problem should be fixed. It wasn't. I've replaced HDMI cable. No difference. There are no 'known issues' in my area.

Does anybody know how I proceed from here?

Re: Pixilation on TV

You are best calling 150 to report it.  "No Known Issues" usually means nobody has yet 'phoned in to report any issues.

Re: Pixilation on TV

Thanks for the advice but ringing 150 was what I did first.....I got given the option1 option2 option1 enter your phone number etc etc run around, advised to try the Community, and then put on hold which I gave up on after an hour.

I've tried it several times since & it's always the same...a never ending hold.

Re: Pixilation on TV

Do you mean 'community home' or 'home' on Virgin Media site?
