If you search through the posts called named “pixellation” there’s a few that have replies from Virgin staff saying their signal has been checked there’s an issue with power. I’m assuming they mean signal strength
Hi they refer to signal levels, they can be to low or to high, ether way if that is the problem it needs an engineer to ajust the levels between your box and the street cabinet, virgin can test the box remotely and see if that is the case. Regards Micky
